We take fragrant lavender blossoms from the Olympic Peninsula to make the tea we use for our Lavender Jelly. As many of our customers say, it tastes the way lavender smells. Try this jelly on scones or English muffins, on cheese platters, or stirred into hot tea.
Ingredients: Lavender tea (lavender and water), sugar, lemon juice and apple pectin.
