In 1881, James Harvey Logan discovered that a Blackberry and a Red Raspberry plant growing next to each other had cross-pollinated. The result was a delicious hybrid berry dubbed the loganberry. We make our loganberry fruit spread with ripe local loganberries. We use less sugar than traditional jam, so the berry flavor shines through.


Ingredients: Loganberry, sugar, lemon juice, and pectin.

    THIS fruit spread is my favorite of all time. I am a berry freak and this one is total perfection. LOTS of flavor. I even dream about it!
