Woodring blue huckleberry preserves are a rare treat. We handpick the blue huckleberries, at their peak of perfection, in the foothills of the Pacific NW and northern Idaho. Woodring blue huckleberries are preserved in small batches to capture their delicate flavor.
The taste of blue huckleberry is similar to that of a blueberry with a slight earthy flavor and tartness. You can enjoy with your morning yogurt topped with a toasted nutty granola, mixed in a cocktail or added to a herbed sauce to be enjoyed on a piece of pork chops.
Ingredients: Huckleberry, sugar and apple pectin.

Fantastic Huckleberry
This one really takes me back, haven't had good huckleberry preserves since I was a kid spending summers by the lake. Some of these preserves, or one of the Woodring honey offerings, on a biscuit from Morsel, makes a perfect breakfast.
