Sour yet tasty
So hard to find black currant products in some parts of the US especially where there isn't a large polish population. I was delighted to find this. It captures my childhood. My grandparents grew black and red currants in their backyard and as a kid I loved picking them and eating them. A true polish staple. This jam is sour yet sweet. So tasty, I was not able to try it in Seattle but Dale was able to find me a mini jar and ship it to me in LA which I quickly finished.

Black Currant Preserves
The best jam ever!!! Reminds me of picking black currents at grandparents house in northern Michigan! Not too sweet which I love. Really taste the fruit.
